30-Day Return Window 

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team through our contact page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely with all original materials
  5. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable if they show signs of use.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
