How Do I Clean My MealMate Products?
Wipe surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent once the unit is unplugged and fully cooled.
Do not submerge any MealMate device in water.
The heated lunch box’s inner food container is removable and can be washed separately.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your region.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates so you can follow your package along the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
