Are MealMate products safe to use?
Yes! All MealMate products are designed with safety as a top priority. Our warming solutions feature automatic shut-off, heat-resistant materials, and are tested to meet all safety standards.
What can I use with MealMate products?
Our warming mats work with most plate materials including ceramic, glass, and microwave-safe plastic. The CozySip mug warmer is compatible with most mugs and cups. The heated lunch box comes with its own food-safe container. We recommend avoiding metal plates on warming mats for optimal performance.
How do I clean my MealMate products?
Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Make sure all units are unplugged and cooled before cleaning. Do not immerse any MealMate products in water. For the heated lunch box, the food container is removable and can be washed separately.
